Today with the Internet, it is very easy to open an online stock trading account and start investing in the stock market. Of course you will lose money at first, but with any luck it won't last too long. Then when you start to undersand market timing, buy/sell signals, trading on margin, shorting a stock, and using the stock tips you get via email from people you don't know, you will be running with the big dogs and day traders.

Day Trading has become very popular and if you know what you are doing you can easily pull down 6 or 7 figures a year. At least that's what I have heard. I don't invest in the stock market, bond market, foreign currency trading, energy stocks, gold, silver, or Forex. I make my living writing financial content for web sites like this one.
